How to request an exchange

We send a pickup label within 24 business hours.
- 3Drop off or schedule pickup
Any post office or door pickup.
- 4We exchange & ship back
As soon as we receive it, we send the new size or process the refund.
Conditions
- The shirt must be unworn with all original tags.
- Original packaging should be reusable (minor damage OK).
- Customized shirts are not eligible unless manufacturing defect.
- Mystery Boxes: sizes can be exchanged but not specific items.
